Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it straight away, so changes to the delivery address aren’t guaranteed.
If anything needs updating, reach out to us as soon as possible via Instagram or email and we’ll do our best to help.
Can discount codes be combined?
Discount codes can’t be stacked and only one can be used per order.
Each code has its own terms, so we recommend checking those before applying.
What happens after I order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
Once your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
If you need anything, just reach out. We’ve got you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move fast on our end so once placed, they can’t be changed or cancelled.
If something’s off, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help where we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support a range of secure payment options, including major credit/debit cards, by our payment provider Ziina.
All available methods will be shown at checkout.
What are your delivery charges?
All shipping charges are on us :) - Free delivery all over UAE. We don't currently support international shipping however.
